Meet The Host
Maithili Ghadge – Engineer, Mom & Podcaster!!
Maithili Ghadge; the host and founder of the podcast, We Talk Structures and Online Course Creator and Structural Engineering.
My Journey to We Talk Structures
Maithili Ghadge graduated from one of the top universities of India, and start working in a reputable firm. She got married in 2010 and moved to Australia. While learning new dynamics of life and culture of the new country, I did some jobs here and there.
She was contemplating going to college or starting a family; in 2014, she discovered our family is expanding. We were thrilled about the new beginning of a chapter.
While she was happy to put my career on hold, she was always learning and intrigued in her field. Soon she went to class and enrolled in the University of Melbourne, Australia in Engineering Structures.
During her studies, she actively listened to podcasts and never found anything related to her field. One day it bothered her, and she sat down and researched. It got her thinking, and she took a few courses and read books on conducting a successful podcast.
By August 2021, she graduated and started her podcast, We Talk Structures!
What are We Talk Structures?
This is a unique podcast for all the Civil and Structural Engineers who feel their journey is in limbo or faced a roadblock (pun intended). Moreover, this podcast is for students, Engineers, Professionals, and All Structure Lovers who aspire to learn, stay updated with changing trends, discoveries, and listen to experts in the field.
In this podcast, Maithili does solos and interview shows and invites successful engineers, professors, and students. Each of them adds value to the podcast by sharing their journey, aspirations, challenges, and how they overcame all obstacles despite slim chances. Podcasts are extremely target-oriented and catering engineers who have otherwise no avenue to hear the maestros and how they reached success.
How do We know it is a success?
My ever-growing followers, students, engineers who connect and tell her how the show helped them keep stay updated.
